Description

You will lead interior fit-out projects for warehouse and fulfillment centers, collaborating with the real estate team on feasibility studies, managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring quality control through site visits. This role also involves procurement support, documentation, and post-contract facilities management to ensure operational standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 7 years of experience in project management focused on interior fit-out for warehouse/fulfillment centers
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility and develop design concepts for interior fit-out of warehouse and fulfillment center projects
• Prepare detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
