💼 About This Role

You'll drive new customer acquisition through prospecting and solution selling for Zilliz's vector database. Your core impact is building a sales pipeline from scratch and closing complex enterprise deals. You'll evangelize open-source AI/ML technology to CIOs and executive decision-makers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect for new customers via email, social media, cold-calling, and events
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs to generate pipeline
  • Use solution selling to address business problems with Zilliz value proposition
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise sales deals

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of total sales experience in SaaS/PaaS or Big Data companies
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling $250K+ ACV deals to cloud/digital native companies
  • Prior customer relationships with CIOs and executive decision-makers

  • Passion for open-source and AI/ML products
  • Previous experience in an early-stage company
  • Bachelor's Degree
