You'll manage Binance's affiliate network, collaborating with KOLs to drive user growth. You'll liaise with internal teams to provide affiliates with tools and assets, ensuring our program outperforms competitors. This role offers exposure to a leading blockchain ecosystem trusted by over 300 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cold outreach to YouTubers, media, and influencers for partnerships.
• Manage key accounts, analyze performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Build reports, optimize affiliate channel performance, and monitor competitors.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Understanding of the crypto space.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience working with media, celebrities, or influencers.
