You'll join the Starship Components Operations Build team, owning factory design and material flow for critical components like regulators and butterfly valves. You'll execute complex projects with minimal time and expense, driving efficiency on the factory floor. This role offers the chance to shape the factory that builds the future of space exploration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own factory and production area layouts
• Conduct job walks with vendors, negotiate prices and schedules
• Host process walks to identify and implement simplifications
• Develop tools to analyze delivery, capacity, and cost problems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physics or engineering
• 5+ years of mechanical design or hands-on manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for long durations and work directly with hardware
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR)

• Process engineering experience with project management and layouts
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• 5+ years using Excel, SQL, or Python/R for analysis
