🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100 technologies.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field.
• Drive adoption of standard work, planning, and reconciliation best practices.
• Lead global Kaizen calendar focusing on Lean and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 11 years progressive field experience.
• Field Engineer or Project management experience (5+ years).
• Power generation and field services experience in gas/steam turbines.
• Proficiency in English.
