You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion of OpenGov's SaaS ERP platform. This role combines deep financial expertise with customer success to help governments operate more efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging public accounting expertise
• Implement and optimize multiple OpenGov product suites for customers
• Lead complex customer engagements and technical assessments
• Deliver professional product demonstrations to customers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing/supporting SaaS software
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• CPA or Texas CPA license preferred
• Advanced technical aptitude with ability to articulate concepts

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with government ERP, budgeting, or procurement software
• Experience in local government or customer success
