💼 About This Role

You'll be the onsite first point of contact at Marqeta's Oakland headquarters, managing access and welcoming visitors. You'll support office operations, including vendor coordination and event setup. This is a 12-month contract role through TCWGlobal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage front desk access and badge visitors/employees
• Address office management queries and support operations
• Coordinate vendor activities and inbound/outbound deliveries
• Assist with event setup and handle various projects

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in front desk or retail roles
• Knowledge of office administration procedures including shipping/receiving
• Experience with Google Suite and Slack
