🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts and confidentiality agreements
• Negotiate site budgets with institutions
• Establish and track site contract metrics and reporting
• Mentor and train new contracts team members

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• 7+ years of site Clinical Trial Agreement and budget negotiation experience
• 5+ years Oncology experience
• Experience leading interactions with US/European/APAC institutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelors in law, scientific fields, or business administration
• Experience setting up Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA Budget negotiations
• Experience with Kick-Off Meetings and Bid Defense Meetings
