You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This part-time role allows you to be a key part of a fan-centric retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service using product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
