You'll own the demand and supply planning process for Neros' drone production, running monthly sales operations reviews and weekly clear-to-build sessions. Your work will directly scale manufacturing from low-rate initial production to full rate production at startup speed. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly Sales Operations Demand and Supply Reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Own weekly clear-to-build sessions across Air, Ground, and Kits/Accessories product lines.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Sourcing for accurate MBOM releases.
• Drive demand forecasting accuracy and planned order releases.
• Manage supply planning from low-rate initial production through full rate production.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years supply chain planning experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience running demand/supply review processes and clear-to-build sessions.
• Comprehensive understanding of MBOM management and make-versus-buy analysis.
• Proven track record managing supply chain scaling from low-rate initial production through high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong background in demand forecasting and risk identification.

• Defense industry experience with ITAR compliance and DPAS-rated contracts.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP for demand planning.
• Background in aerospace, robotics, or electro-mechanical assembly supply chains.
