You'll own the demand and supply planning process for Neros' drone production, running monthly sales operations reviews and weekly clear-to-build sessions. Your work will directly scale manufacturing from low-rate initial production to full rate production at startup speed. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead monthly Sales Operations Demand and Supply Reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Own weekly clear-to-build sessions across Air, Ground, and Kits/Accessories product lines.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Sourcing for accurate MBOM releases.
- Drive demand forecasting accuracy and planned order releases.
- Manage supply planning from low-rate initial production through full rate production.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years supply chain planning experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience running demand/supply review processes and clear-to-build sessions.
- Comprehensive understanding of MBOM management and make-versus-buy analysis.
- Proven track record managing supply chain scaling from low-rate initial production through high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong background in demand forecasting and risk identification.
✨ Nice to Have
- Defense industry experience with ITAR compliance and DPAS-rated contracts.
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP for demand planning.
- Background in aerospace, robotics, or electro-mechanical assembly supply chains.
