💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to lead the technical side of strategic deals for a real-time voice AI infrastructure company. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market, translating customer workflows into clear architectural paths. You'll help build the SE playbook from scratch, creating demo environments and repeatable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery, architecture discussions, and API deep dives with enterprise clients.
  • Deliver tailored demos translating voice AI into customer-specific workflows.
  • Scope and execute proofs-of-concept to validate performance and integration assumptions.
  • Unblock pre-sale integrations by debugging API usage and prototyping workflows.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in Solutions Engineering or developer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to scope and execute POCs end-to-end.
  • Strong engineering foundation: write and debug Python, understand APIs deeply.
  • Comfort discussing cloud and containerized environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with voice AI, speech systems, or real-time streaming.
  • Experience with AI/ML APIs or LLM-based systems.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer before moving to customer-facing role.
