  • Proactively identify and reach out to small business prospects in Switzerland via calls, emails, and social
  • Build strong relationships and deliver value-driven product pitches and demos
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to deal closed
  • Track performance, meet goals, and collaborate with the team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of outbound sales or business development experience
  • Confidence with high-volume phone-based outreach
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to smash targets
  • Positive team-first attitude and collaborative spirit

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in payment tech, SaaS, or hospitality tools
  • Fluency in German or French for Swiss market
