You'll join a high-energy team in Barcelona to drive growth for SumUp's payment solutions. You'll proactively engage small business prospects in Switzerland and own the full sales cycle. This role offers uncapped commission and a foot in the fintech door.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and reach out to small business prospects in Switzerland via calls, emails, and social
- Build strong relationships and deliver value-driven product pitches and demos
- Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to deal closed
- Track performance, meet goals, and collaborate with the team
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of outbound sales or business development experience
- Confidence with high-volume phone-based outreach
- Results-driven mindset and ability to smash targets
- Positive team-first attitude and collaborative spirit
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in payment tech, SaaS, or hospitality tools
- Fluency in German or French for Swiss market
