- Own and evolve the global Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Design and optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Lead career site experience transformation.
- Develop content strategies tailored to key talent personas.
- Partner with executives to build digital presence and thought leadership.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in talent branding, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Proven experience developing and managing global EVPs and talent marketing strategies.
- Strong background in multi-channel campaign development including paid media.
- Analytical skills to measure funnel performance and present insights.
- Experience with careers site platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
