  • 5+ years in talent branding, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
  • Proven experience developing and managing global EVPs and talent marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in multi-channel campaign development including paid media.
  • Analytical skills to measure funnel performance and present insights.
  • Experience with careers site platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
