💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial modeling, analytics, and due diligence for LIHTC fund transactions. You'll oversee post-close management and reporting through property stabilization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage quarterly fund financial statements and monthly corporate financial statements.
• Create and maintain financial models for fund transactions.
• Coordinate fund audits, tax returns, and K-1 preparations.
• Manage investor due diligence workflow and upper-tier closings.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fund/partnership accounting.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LIHTC highly desirable.
