Description

As Site Director, you will lead all distribution center operations, including e-commerce fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory management. You'll drive performance, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize cost, speed, scalability, and safety in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fulfillment center operations including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics
• Deliver high service levels for same-day and next-day order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and fast cycle times
• Manage peak capacity planning and execution for holiday surges, flash sales, and promotional events
• Drive labor forecasting, flex staffing models, and capacity planning to meet demand volatility
• Develop contingency plans for demand spikes or system outages
