Description

You will drive premium production through risk analysis and distribution of Allied Healthcare Professional Liability products. Collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations teams, you'll leverage industry knowledge and broker relationships to underwrite and grow the book of business, establishing Counterpart as a leading Allied Healthcare market.

Requirements

• 3-7 years underwriting experience in Allied Healthcare or related professional liability
• Network of brokers, carriers, or clients in professional liability insurance
• Expertise in specialty liability products (rating, policy forms, endorsements)
• Ability to build long-term broker partnerships
• College degree with 4+ years relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Achieve underwriting performance and revenue goals for Allied Healthcare Professional Liability
• Price Allied Healthcare accounts competitively according to guidelines
• Manage quote-related communication as an underwriting resource for brokers
• Collaborate with Director on complex account exposures
• Provide market feedback to improve terms, rates, and guidelines
