💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial strategy at Arketa, a Series A startup building an operating system for modern fitness and wellness. You'll partner with the CEO and CTO to drive financial modeling, strategic planning, and capital strategy. This role offers the chance to shape a category-defining company in a fast-growing space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Arketa's operating model, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Build revenue and margin models across SaaS, payments, and product lines
• Lead scenario planning for pricing, product launches, and growth investments
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment, strategic finance, or analytical roles
• 1–3+ years in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity
• Exceptional financial modeling expertise to build complex operating models
• Experience partnering with founders or executive leadership as a strategic advisor

✨ Nice to Have

• Corporate or internal M&A experience
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology business models
• Prior experience building finance functions from the ground up
