💼 About This Role

You'll own onboarding outcomes against success metrics, executing the initial cycle and iterating to improve quality. You'll validate input data, detect edge cases, and communicate progress to stakeholders. This role lets you shape onboarding processes using real manufacturing data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding outcomes against success metrics and customer KPIs.
• Execute initial onboarding cycle using internal tools, then iterate.
• Validate input data quality and flag issues early.
• Detect and document edge cases and SOP variances.
• Communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders clearly.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in structured execution role (implementation, QA, etc.).
• Metrics-minded: can define 'good', track it, and drive improvement.
• Detail-oriented with process execution and documentation hygiene.
• Fast, concise communicator who escalates early and clearly.
• Strong ownership mindset to drive onboarding to completion.

• Manufacturing/process exposure.
• Comfortable with technical systems (ML depth not required).
• Experience coordinating with installation teams.
