Description

You will deploy and support Anduril's defense products worldwide, working hands-on with hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments. You'll troubleshoot field issues, guide users, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve systems over time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of problem solving in unstructured hardware/software/networking environments
• Ability to climb towers and install sensor equipment (cameras, radars, PTUs)
• Mechanical aptitude to repair site infrastructure (generators, solar, hydraulics)
• Experience with tower maintenance (guy wires, anchors, lightning protection)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, including up to two months at a time

Responsibilities

• Support military defense projects with technical operations and field maintenance
• Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured situations
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Develop and implement operational and logistical plans
• Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews
