Description

You will represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. You'll draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and attend court hearings while collaborating with a supportive team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school
• Admission to state bar and in good standing
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, support, property division)
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
• Attend court hearings and trials; present cases effectively
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process
