You'll manage operations for a portfolio of student housing properties, executing strategic objectives set by the Regional Manager. Your core impact involves assessing risk, creating strategies, and implementing solutions with your teams to enhance performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Drive corporate initiatives to community teams and execute accordingly.
• Visit properties to perform inspections and maintain brand consistency.
• Guide move-in, move-out, and turn processes for successful resident transitions.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of property management experience in student housing or multifamily.
• Proven experience managing financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
