🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments to determine hospice needs
• Develop and revise care plans based on nursing diagnosis
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in State and CPR certification
• One to two years of recent acute care or home care experience
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile
