💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Auth team building authorization primitives and identity infrastructure for a programmatic advertising platform. You'll shape how trust is established for human users and AI agents. This role offers the chance to define authorization for AI-powered workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define authorization for AI-powered agentic workflows
• Evolve identity layer in Auth0 for authentication and federation
• Maintain OpenFGA ReBAC model for authorization decisions
• Lead large-scale technical projects across multiple teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience including leadership
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Hands-on experience with ReBAC systems (OpenFGA, Zanzibar, SpiceDB)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Auth0 or comparable identity providers
• Proficiency in Ruby, Java, or Python with web frameworks (Rails, Spring Boot, Django)
• Fluency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
