💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient therapy for a leading behavioral health practice, working with adult and/or child populations. Your core impact is improving access to trusted mental healthcare in a hybrid telemedicine and in-person setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with assigned patients.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers for comprehensive care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT in Delaware.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (in-person and telemedicine).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Previous experience in outpatient mental health setting.
