Description

As a Service Advisor at Carvana, you'll be the primary point of contact for service customers at our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership. You'll guide customers through the maintenance and repair process, ensuring an exceptional experience by consulting on vehicle concerns, providing cost estimates, and coordinating with technicians and parts departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years customer-facing experience
  • Proven experience as Service Advisor or similar in automotive dealership or independent shop
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models is a plus
  • Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and consult on vehicle concerns, documenting issues on Repair Orders
  • Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance based on OEM guidelines and technician findings
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work
  • Maintain communication with customers on repair status and delays
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and service manager for timely completion
