Description

You will support financial operations and analysis across a portfolio of companies, building P&Ls, models, and dashboards, and helping founders improve financial reporting. This is a hands-on role for a skilled analyst who enjoys complex modeling in a multi-entity environment.

Requirements

• 10-20 hours per week availability
• Baltimore-area local for occasional onsite meetings
• 3-7+ years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
• Expert spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel modeling, pivots, forecasting)
• Strong communicator able to explain numbers to non-finance leaders

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain P&Ls for multiple entities
• Create pro formas, budgets, financial models, and scenario analyses
• Prepare investor-ready financial packets for fundraising
• Help early-stage startups fix and enhance financial systems and reporting
• Assemble diligence documentation for business sales
