You'll serve as a core technical expert in quantifying proteins and anti-drug antibodies at KCAS Bio, supporting early drug discovery, preclinical toxicology, and clinical studies. Your impact will involve providing oversight using LBA, LCMS, and flow cytometry. This role stands out by offering the chance to mentor staff and shape bioanalytical strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and execute bioanalytical validations and biostudies
• Oversee laboratory operations and mentor research staff
• Review, interpret, and discuss study results with sponsors
• Prepare high-quality final reports for studies

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in CRO, academia, or pharma bioanalysis
• Expertise in ADA, PK, Biomarker, and Nab assay validation
• Proficiency with immunoassay platforms like ELISA, MSD, Luminex
• Full understanding of GLPs and SOPs

• Experience with LCMS and flow cytometry
• Proven record of delivering on-time, on-budget service
