💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high volume periods, and support new employees. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales and ensuring store standards are met. Customer service and inventory management are key parts of your role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and inform them of products and services
• Assist with inventory management tasks and restocking
• Process cash transactions and handle opening/closing tills
• Train new employees on store procedures and standards

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, or equivalent
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
