As a Store Manager at Reformation, you will lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on sustainability. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and team coaching to achieve revenue goals while embodying the brand's mission.

Requirements

• Available to work minimum 40 hours per week
• Daily open availability across a full 7-day work week
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
