You'll lead a team of 8-10 Customer Success Managers supporting Klaviyo's customers. You'll drive sustainable, long-term customer value by retaining customers and maintaining high satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic improvements.

  • Manage a team of 8-10 Customer Success Managers
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues
  • Manage NPS, retention, and team performance metrics

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years managing a Customer Success Team in high-growth SaaS
  • Experience working with high-value customers
  • Track record of creative problem-solving with Sales, Product, Marketing
  • Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy

  • SaaS MarTech experience
  • Experience with AI tools or workflows
