You'll lead a team of 8-10 Customer Success Managers supporting Klaviyo's customers. You'll drive sustainable, long-term customer value by retaining customers and maintaining high satisfaction through exceptional service and strategic improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 8-10 Customer Success Managers
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues
- Manage NPS, retention, and team performance metrics
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years managing a Customer Success Team in high-growth SaaS
- Experience working with high-value customers
- Track record of creative problem-solving with Sales, Product, Marketing
- Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy
