You'll drive the strategy and execution for custody, wallets, and staking infrastructure at a leading trading platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own roadmap, requirements, and execution backlog for custody and wallet products.
• Prioritize features based on commercial value, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and vendors to deliver working software.
• Own metrics like conversion, latency, and user satisfaction for core wallet functions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with complex product launches.
• Experience delivering infrastructure products in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Solid technical grasp of crypto custody, liquidity, and key management.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional squads across multiple time zones.

• Prior experience integrating tools like Fireblocks or staking providers.
• Deep understanding of AML/KYT and Travel Rule compliance.
• Regulatory product delivery experience in the UK or EU.
