Description

You'll design materials in Adobe Suite, support website design projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate with designers and developers to ensure client specifications are met, all while gaining hands-on experience at a progressive communications agency.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate with an interest in project management, web design, and digital advertising.
• Experience working in Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop).
• WordPress experience.
• Design experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and also take initiative on independent tasks.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal automobile for work events.

Responsibilities

• Design materials in Adobe Suite that are high quality and conform to client needs and styles/brands.
• Support the team with hands-on design and web work.
• Assist in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for website design projects.
• Collaborate with designers, digital staff, and developers to ensure projects stay on track and meet client specifications.
• Track and report the status of ongoing projects and identify any potential roadblocks.
• Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Help maintain project documentation, including design feedback, project timelines, and resource management.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing design outputs and ensuring they align with client requirements.
• Assist with client communications, including gathering feedback and providing project updates.
• Take on ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team.
