You'll join the legal team at a quantitative investment manager, handling contracts and due diligence. You'll support trading and vendor documentation across the firm. This role offers exposure to legal operations and AI-driven workflow tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Intake, review, and process legal agreements with attorneys
• Assist in opening and maintaining broker and financial accounts
• Manage lifecycle of trading and vendor contracts
• Coordinate KYC and due diligence requests from counterparties

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in related field
• 2+ years experience with legal documentation in financial services or law firm
• Strong project management skills
• Licensed notary or willingness to become one
