You'll build audience engagement models and tools that grow loyalty and membership across audio, web, apps, and newsletters. You'll own core data modeling projects, improving propensity models and connecting newsroom engagement to membership outcomes. This role offers the chance to drive impact at a mission-driven nonprofit reaching 3.3 million weekly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build models tying engagement patterns to conversion outcomes
• Develop engagement-based audience scoring systems
• Provide guidance on experiment design and evaluation
• Build user-level datasets for recommendations and segmentation

📋 Requirements

• SQL skills for working with messy, large datasets
• Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• Predictive modeling in real-world settings
• Statistics including A/B testing and result interpretation

• Experience in media, publishing, nonprofit, or subscription organizations
