Description
You will own the enablement strategy for the BDR organization at Klaviyo, partnering with global BDR leadership to build programs that drive onboarding, skill development, and career progression. Your work directly empowers BDRs to succeed and prepares them for advancement to AE roles across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Sales/GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company
- Direct experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably Mid-Market or Enterprise
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience designing engaging workshops and facilitation
- Data-driven decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization
- Develop and execute BDR strategy for adoption of global enablement programs
- Own and enhance the BDR Onboarding program
- Own and enhance the BDR to AE advancement program
- Develop comprehensive in-seat BDR skill development approach
