Description

You will lead the administration of company-wide employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. You'll use a data-driven approach to evaluate and enhance programs, collaborate with internal partners, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class benefits for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years professional experience in employee benefits and/or HR.
• Human Resources Certification (PHR) preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Masters in HR) preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and large datasets; experience with Workday or other HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration for employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement) including open enrollment.
• Use data-driven approach to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
• Develop innovative, empathetic, and cost-effective employee programs from feasibility to implementation.
• Counsel employees on complex benefit questions via multiple channels.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and consultants.
