Acting as the primary client contact, you'll mitigate risks, set expectations, and collaborate with internal roles to deliver per project plans.

• Strong professional experience in project management
• Experience leading small and large project teams
• Ability to work EST time zone overlap (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
• Experience with budget and timeline management
• Familiarity with project methodologies and deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration
• Manage project budget, timelines, and scope per SOW
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
• Build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders
• Create and maintain project deliverables like status decks, project plans, RAID logs
