🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, and security of AWS-based infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence through CI/CD, GitOps, and automation.
• Manage cloud spending and implement FinOps strategies with finance.
• Define governance standards for security, scalability, and reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles including 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies (WAF, CDN, edge infrastructure).
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
