You'll lead and evolve the airline's self-service kiosk channel, prioritizing business opportunities and ensuring value delivery to passengers. Work with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Product Owner for digital products
• University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, New Relic, FullStory or similar tools
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own the kiosk channel within the e-commerce ecosystem
• Identify, propose, and prioritize new business opportunities based on data and user feedback
• Create and maintain the product backlog aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with development, design, and stakeholders to deliver initiatives
• Monitor key metrics to evaluate channel performance and make data-driven decisions
