🎯 What You'll Do

• Map end-to-end data flows (Dynamics → Kelio → Silae → accounting)
• Analyze payroll parameterization logic with external provider
• Define and supervise corrective actions for GTA and payroll
• Formalize rules, documentation, and monthly reconciliation controls

📋 Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in complex payroll environments
• Proven experience in payroll stabilization or recovery missions
• Expertise in Silae parameterization logic
• Mastery of KELIO time management system
