You'll lead the thermal design of satellite systems at Turion Space, from initial layout to ground test validation. Your work will directly maximize satellite mission performance as missions increase in complexity. You'll also mentor junior engineers and automate workflows to reduce design cycle time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead thermal design of satellite hardware from layout to validation
• Build and control system-level thermal models
• Design and execute TVAC testing including thermal balances
• Automate workflow to reduce engineering investment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in the Space industry as a Thermal Engineer
• Expertise with Thermal Desktop
• Proficiency performing hand calculations

• Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Experience guiding junior engineers and providing constructive feedback
• Passion for working in small, fast-moving teams
