Requirements

• Completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or testing centers, plus occasional telehealth
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborating via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues
