💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of product engineers building data analysis products on top of healthcare pricing data. Your team will drive the technical direction of user-facing products and foster collaboration between engineering, product, and design. You'll champion a culture of high-quality product delivery and inclusive team practices in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product engineers.
• Own technical execution and delivery of key product features.
• Provide technical guidance in modern frontend technologies like VueJS.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product engineering or related role.
• 2+ years experience managing a team of engineers.
• Proven expertise shipping reliable products with high quality user experiences.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and monitoring tools (DataDog).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with compliance (HIPAA) and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO-27001).
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and VueJS.
