🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and operating model of People Partnering across all business units.
• Manage complex employment relations matters including investigations and disputes.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and lifecycle people processes.
• Drive capability uplift across managers through coaching and frameworks.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior HR roles in complex, fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing People Partner teams.
• Strong expertise in Australian employment law and complex ER cases.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
