Description

In this role, you'll help customers extract valuable data from discardable data, guiding them through their Cribl journey and uncovering more value. You'll work with a diverse customer base, demonstrate technical leadership in observability and security, and contribute to Cribl's learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics
• Extensive AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environment deployment and management
• Expertise in Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, or Azure Sentinel
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Unix/Windows and scripting (JavaScript)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical leadership in observability and security
• Lead complex customer deployments of Cribl products
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
• Create best practice docs, blog posts, runbooks, workshops, and training materials
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentor team members, customers, or partners
