🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants
- Address team issues with clarity and care
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on performance and planning
- Manage the nursing schedule, PTO requests, and daily coverage
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical veterinary nursing or technician role
- Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, and work on the floor
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg with assistance
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
