🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and mentor credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants
  • Address team issues with clarity and care
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership on performance and planning
  • Manage the nursing schedule, PTO requests, and daily coverage

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical veterinary nursing or technician role
  • Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, and work on the floor
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg with assistance
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
