🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and adapt new employees strategically.
• Support mental health, well-being, and psychological safety.
• Conduct climate and engagement diagnostics and propose actions.
• Develop and facilitate behavioral workshops and individual development plans.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation in Psychology with active CRP.
• Consolidated experience in large companies, preferably dynamic and fast-growing.
• Experience in organizational psychological care, including emotional support and conflict mediation.
• Proficiency in applying and analyzing psychological tests and personality inventories.

• Experience in assessment programs and behavioral diagnostics.
• Skill in facilitating workshops and behavioral training.
