💼 About This Role

You'll lead the build and launch of Plata Card's credit card from scratch in Colombia, defining product vision and navigating local regulations. You'll own the entire credit ecosystem, from first transaction to portfolio health. This role offers founder-level impact and zero-to-one ownership in a new market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Colombia Credit Card roadmap from MVP to scale
• Set up implementation processes and cross-functional delivery frameworks
• Orchestrate dependencies with core banking, payment networks, and local processors
• Define decision logic for credit limits and card lifecycle management

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record in Credit Cards or Lending
• Proven experience launching complex financial products from scratch
• Ability to think strategically and dive into execution details like Jira and API docs
• Fluent in English; must work from Bogotá office
