You'll lead and improve GFiber's national EHS programs to ensure compliance and enhance safety culture. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and spearhead new safety initiatives across domestic sites. This role offers the chance to shape EHS strategy at an Alphabet company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage national EHS program strategy and execution
• Collaborate with business units to identify EHS improvements
• Ensure EHS compliance for facilities, operations, and field staff
• Lead vendor and contractor EHS performance evaluations
• Conduct workplace inspections and incident investigations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field
• 7 years of EHS program management experience
• 2 years of management experience
• Experience with Federal and State EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA)

✨ Nice to Have

• CSP or CIH certification
• 10 years of program management experience with 4 years management
• Experience with change management and budget planning
