You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and training on Compass tools. Your core impact is ensuring agents adopt and utilize our end-to-end platform to grow their business. This role is 100% in-office at our Carlsbad location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact
• Promote adoption of Compass technology via 1:1 support and group training
• Provide essential marketing support using templates and design collateral
• Serve as a mentor to Agent Experience Coordinators

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
• Ability to work in-office during standard operating hours
• Ability to establish credibility with key agent decision-makers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate
• Experience with enterprise technology like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence
• Experience with live or remote training
